About me
As a mom, I’ve been where you are. I lived through the exhaustion, the conflicting advice, and the quiet desperation that comes with sleepless nights. My journey started not as an expert, but as a mother who believed my child was not a problem to be solved. I knew there had to be an alternative to conventional sleep training.
More than anything, I remember looking at my child and feeling a deep, maternal instinct that the conventional, one-size-fits-all sleep training methods were not the answer for us. My heart told me my child wasn’t a problem to be fixed or a battle to be won. This wasn't about "training"; it was about understanding.
My background is in food science, a field driven by evidence, methodical processes, and a deep respect for biology. I couldn't ignore this part of myself. So, I channeled my professional experience into my personal journey, seeking a path that was not only effective but also felt natural. I dove into the science of infant sleep, attachment theory, and developmental biology. I was looking for a holistic approach—one that honors a child's natural rhythms and supports the sacred bond between parent and child without resorting to separation-based tactics.
What I discovered was a new perspective. It’s not about a quick "fix," but about re-alignment. It’s about understanding the intricate connections between sleep and overall wellbeing—for both you and your child. It’s about providing guidance and clear, actionable steps that empower you to trust your instincts again.
