Reclaiming biologically normal infant and toddler sleep
Baby-Led Sleep & Well-Being
SAYING “NO” TO:
…any kind of sleep training.
…separation-based techniques.
…leaving your child to cry in isolation.
Feeling defeated and exhausted?
You have been recommended “sleep-training” as the only way out, but you are instinctively hesitant.
Your child wakes up multiple times during the night.
You want to stop the frequent night nursing but still keep breastfeeding
You’ve been told to just wait it out as they eventually will sleep but don’t see the light at the end of the tunnel.
Split night / False starts / Early rising / Bedtime battles
You don’t know how to handle the tears and tantrum when you set boundaries
You want to set a routine but don’t where to start
You’re going back to work or starting daycare, and wonder what you can do about your baby’s sleep.
We exist for you.
There is another way.
Welcome to Heartwired
We are your safe place.
Parenting is beautiful, but some days it can feel overwhelming, lonely, and exhausting. You don’t have to carry it all on your own — we’re here to listen, to help and to be your village.
We don’t look at your child’s sleep as a “problem” or a behaviour to correct. Instead, we explore together what’s really going on beneath the surface. Instead of using separation based techniques such as letting your child cry in isolation or time out, we encourage closeness, connection, and responding with love while we support you to make space for your child’s emotions so you can grow together. Your relationship with your child is at the heart of everything we do.
We see your child as the wonderful, unique little person and we help you see them through that same loving lens. We help you to find the confidence and mama instinct that you get lost in the exhaustion, so that you don’t need to be searching for all the parenting answers, YOU are the answer for your child.
We want to assist you in synchronizing with your baby, tune into your baby’s cues, rhythms, and needs, so you can recognize what is working for you and your baby and what is not. We want those understandings to feel natural and intuitive, always rooted in attachment and connection.
We are part of your village to accompany you and empower you when you navigate through changes for a better sleep.
We take a gentle, holistic look at everything that may be affecting your child’s sleep, and we take the time to understand your family deeply. From there, we create a plan that feels supportive, realistic, and uniquely yours.
You don’t have to do this alone. We’re here with you, every step of the way.
Reduce stress, remove anxiety.
